Print-on-Demand Fulfillment

All paperback books sold on our website are produced using print-on-demand technology in partnership with Lulu, a global printing and fulfillment provider.

This means that each book is printed specifically for your order. Books are not pre-printed or stored in warehouses, which helps reduce waste and ensures consistent quality.

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, your book is sent to production and then shipped directly to the delivery address you provide at checkout.

Production Time

  • Standard production time: approximately 3–5 business days

  • Hardcover editions (if applicable) may require additional production time due to binding and curing processes

  • During high-demand periods (holidays, seasonal peaks), production times may be slightly longer

Production times shown in your shopping cart reflect the best available estimate for your specific order.

Shipping & Delivery Time

After production is complete, your order is shipped from the printing facility closest to your delivery address, whenever possible.

  • Shipping times vary by destination and shipping method

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed

  • Express and expedited shipping options operate Monday–Friday only

  • International shipments may take longer due to customs processing

In some cases (customs delays, postal service disruptions, incorrect addresses, force majeure), delivery may take up to 6 weeks.

We are unable to influence or accelerate shipping once the order has left the printing facility.

Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched

  • Tracking information is included if a traceable shipping method was selected

  • Please note: tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment

International Shipping, Customs & Taxes

We ship internationally to most countries worldwide. However, shipping availability is subject to international regulations and may change.

Please note:

  • Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees may be applied by local authorities

  • These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient

  • We cannot reimburse customs fees or intervene in customs decisions

Countries Currently Not Supported for Shipping

Due to international restrictions, we are unable to ship to certain regions, including (but not limited to):

Belarus, Russia, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, South Sudan, Crimea region, Venezuela, and several others.

If shipping is unavailable to your location, this will be indicated at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses & Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts

  • Orders refused by the recipient or local authorities

In such cases, reprinting or reshipping may require a new order.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of the shipment date.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo showing the issue

Eligible cases may receive a replacement copy at no additional cost.

Please note:
Minor variations in print alignment, color tones, or paper texture are normal in print-on-demand production and do not constitute defects.

Bulk Orders

Discounts may be available for bulk orders (5+ copies).
Please contact us directly before placing your order if you are interested in bulk purchasing or institutional orders.
